jitabwt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Obligations

By accessing the jitabwt platform at jitabwt.net — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions as a binding legal agreement. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform, create a player account, make a deposit, or place a wager, whichever occurs first.

If you are accessing jitabwt on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In all cases, the individual accessing the platform bears personal responsibility for compliance with these Terms and with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

These Terms should be read alongside the jitabwt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jitabwt. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of jitabwt is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jitabwt does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or receive any bonus or promotion. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use of the platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on jitabwt or have an active account suspension at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jitabwt or any of its affiliated game providers and payment partners.

jitabwt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

jitabwt supports parental control software for households where minors may have access to internet-connected devices. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing online gambling platforms. 3.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in any game, betting market, or promotional offer on jitabwt, you must first create a registered player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain one active account on jitabwt at any given time. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jitabwt reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings generated through accounts determined to be duplicates of an existing registered account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitabwt username and password. jitabwt strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or access another player's account. jitabwt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitabwt support immediately at [email protected]. jitabwt may temporarily suspend your account to conduct a security review while investigating any such report.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jitabwt operates a KYC process in line with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods used on your account. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during your account lifetime. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jitabwt accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following payment methods, all settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods listed are subject to availability and may be subject to individual transaction limits.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at jitabwt is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are generally credited to your account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 24 hours to reflect, depending on the processing times of the sending institution. jitabwt does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jitabwt accepts no responsibility.

Only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited. jitabwt reserves the right to return funds to source and close the account if a third-party deposit is identified.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Amounts exceeding the deposit value may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.

jitabwt aims to process withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. jitabwt reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jitabwt — including deposits, withdrawals, game balances, bonus credits, and winnings — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.

jitabwt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on jitabwt unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus amounts are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific value of which is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the bonus validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• jitabwt reserves the right to decline, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, particularly where abuse or misuse of the promotion is suspected.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion programme or who have active deposit limits may not be eligible to receive certain bonus offers.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, false identity information, or coordinated account activity, will be voided in full and the associated accounts will be closed.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on jitabwt — including slots, live casino games, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules as published by the respective game provider. By participating in any game on the platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on jitabwt covers markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Live in-play betting is subject to real-time market adjustments; odds shown during live events may change between the time of selection and confirmation. A bet is only valid once you have received a written confirmation from jitabwt with a unique bet reference number.

6.3 Voided Bets and Event Cancellations

jitabwt reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a system error, a manifest pricing error, or where the outcome of an event has been determined to be affected by match-fixing or any other corrupt practice. In the event that a sports fixture is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned before the completion of the minimum required play as defined in the applicable sport's rules, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits may apply to individual games, game categories, or betting markets on jitabwt. Where applicable, maximum win limits are stated in the rules of the relevant game or market. jitabwt reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or game session without prior notice, particularly where the bet or wager in question appears to exploit a pricing error or system fault.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jitabwt and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation, and any winnings or bonus balances generated through the prohibited activity voided:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an account or make a withdrawal.
• Money laundering: Using the jitabwt platform to launder the proceeds of criminal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner intended to conceal the source of funds.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games or coordinated sports betting to influence odds.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, or unintended functionality in the jitabwt platform or in any game to generate winnings or bonus credits beyond what would normally be possible.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider for deposits that were received and used on the platform.
• Impersonation: Attempting to access or use another player's account, or impersonating a jitabwt employee or agent in any communication.

jitabwt employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Accounts flagged for unusual or suspicious activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary restriction, or permanent closure at jitabwt's sole discretion.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jitabwt account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are currently in place. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming Reasons

Players who wish to close their account as part of a self-exclusion decision are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available within their account settings before requesting closure. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by jitabwt

jitabwt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires the account to be suspended or closed.

Where an account is closed by jitabwt for a breach of these Terms, jitabwt reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

jitabwt provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the platform, jitabwt does not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or completely free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and other technical factors beyond our control may affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitabwt's total liability to any player for any direct loss arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jitabwt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, however caused.

jitabwt is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, errors, or outages affecting third-party game providers, payment gateways, or network infrastructure.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Financial losses arising from a player's voluntary participation in any game or betting market.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the player's bank, mobile financial services provider, or card issuer.

jitabwt reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jitabwt.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the latest revision at the top of this page.

Where a change to these Terms materially affects a player's rights or obligations, jitabwt will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the jitabwt platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept any updated Terms, you must cease using the jitabwt platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
